Are you licensed by
the state to do business in the state of California?
Johnson Landscapes is currently licensed
in good standing in the state of California, as well as Arizona, Washington,
and Colorado and soon the state of Nevada.
Are
you insured? Yes, we carry Workman's
Compensation, General Liability and Vehicle Insurance for our workers
safety and your protection.
How
long have you been in business? Our
first contract was completed in May, 1987. We have been under current
ownership since our beginnings in 1987.
Do
you have references? Upon request,
we can provide names, addresses, and telephone numbers of past and present
clients for all services we provide.
What
is the smallest job you have completed? A
condominium back-yard of about 100 square feet.
What
is the largest contract you have completed? Maintenance
site of a 15 acre shopping center and Installation site of 10 acre shopping
center.
What
is the first step I need to take to get started? Contact
us. We can help evaluate your needs. If your landscape is in the design
stage, or ready to be planted, we can assist.
When
is the best time to plant? With few
exceptions, California and its ideal weather, allow us to install landscaping
anytime of the year. Isn't it great!
How
soon after contracting you, can work begin on my project? We
know, that you are anxious to get started. Our project installation manager
can provide you with a start and completion date.
What
geographic area do you work in? Generally,
this area covers Los Angeles, Orange, Riverside, San Bernardino and San
Diego counties of Southern California. However, we have traveled to locations
as far as Seattle, Washington - Phoenix, Arizona - Littleton, Colorado
and Reno, Nevada.
What
is the cost? Not an easy question
to answer. Cost varies with quantity and size of plant material (i.e.:
concrete and brick work can increase costs also).
Why
should I hire a professional? Quality,
knowledge, and accountability are key ingredients in your landscape. Professional
landscape beautifies and adds value to any property.
Do
you specialize in residential or commercial? Both.
We have a residential division as well as a commercial division.
